  Guided Meditation 3: Settling Meditation

Settling is simply coming to center in ourselves, clearing and relaxing our mind, heart, and body. We let go and rest in the space that remains.

If you're new to mediation, you'll find this meditation incredibly accessible and easy to take up. If you're an experienced meditator you might find this to be a great start to a longer meditation session, a 'warm-up' so to speak.

This practice of settling makes our mind, heart, and body more workable as we approach subtler aspects of our experience, and especially if begin to work with difficult experiences in our path of awakening.
